URBANISM AND DESIGN 2014-17

Unlike in most Spanish architecture schools, these courses combine architecture design and urbanism in the same subject, favouring a holistic learning process through working in complexity. Thus, students naturally understand that architecture depends on its urban environment which conditions construction and design.

The course is a continued debate and reflection on architectural design and urban environment which requires multiple scales and the integration of potential stakeholders’ points of view.
