Espai Serrahima in Barcelona, once a textile factory with a 1970s metal structure, has been transformed into a modern office by the Forkstone project. 
The renovation highlights its industrial heritage while improving ventilation and comfort. 
Interior divisions were removed, and large openings were added to bring in natural light and fresh air, connecting the space to its surroundings of Fira, Montjuïc, and Plaza de España. Vibrant colors, playful materials, and the preserved industrial scale create a dynamic and inviting workspace.
