In the north connection of the city of Teruel important historical infrastructures coincide to generate a singular join at different levels.

A street section is redefined along the Miguel Ibañez street to improve the walking conditions on the upper level of the city, while a new observation spot of the singularities of the place emerge linking

the green of the lower level and the power of the historical

walls and bridges.
