Carles Buigas is the main avenue in the touristic heart of Salou, one of the main tourist destinations on the Spanish Mediterranean Coast.
As part of a wider urban action that explores ways to renovate and improve the urban offer, we implemented an urban test during the summer of 2017. In addition to widening the space available to people, the goal is to test acceptance and obtain information for the upcoming master plan.
