REQUETEFALLA 

This refurbishment project came to us through a neighbour from another j

ob done in the same building in 2012,  the Manuel de Falla Project. The flat, located in an upscale Barcelona neighbourhood, was built in the 60s by a housing cooperative. The building had a load-bearing wall structure and the added difficulty of being affected by aluminosis. The home was for a young professional who would live alone and envisaged an open, clean, modern and warm space. Even though the structure was very rigid, one of the essentials and achievements of the project was to create open and flexible spaces.
