This refurbishment came to us through a neighbor from another work done in the same building in 2012, the Manuel de Falla Project.
The flat located in an upper side neighborhood of Barcelona was built in the 60s by a housing cooperative. The building had bearing walls structure and as an added difficulty the aluminosis pathology.
The house was for a young professional that would live alone and expected an open-clean-modern-warm space.
Even the structure was very rigid, one of the musts and the achievements of the project was to create open and flexible spaces.
