Paula, Alex and Laura wanted to live together in their home but needed a better way to share the common spaces whilst gaining privacy.

The proposal for the layout is simple and clear. The plan enhances the entry of sunlight from both façades and the views in both directions through the different spaces.

Private bedrooms and study rooms become more private and the common spaces become the centre of the house, increasing the quality of the shared spaces. The layout recognizes the zones for different common area uses, adapted to their hobbies and activities.

The rest is just about wood, good carpentry and colour!
