During the last construction boom, a large number of disparate and unregulated houses emerged along the Spanish coast. A part of that boom, this semi detached house presented a terrible layout lacking in quality or comfort. The proposal seeks to improve the family living conditions by connecting the house with the outside, making it more user friendly and improving circulation.
