Rredesigning Avenida de los Majuelos, transforming it into a linear park that integrates tram tracks, green spaces, and improved pedestrian pathways. The design reconfigures the road to enhance sustainability with increased permeable surfaces, promoting better water absorption and reduced runoff. New tree species will offer shade and color, complementing existing laurels and palm trees. The plan also improves accessibility with wider crosswalks, rest areas, and sustainable materials like local stone and wood, reducing the carbon footprint while fostering a pedestrian-friendly, green urban space.
