Renovarse o morir!

The entrance hall of this stately building in Turó Park needed an urgent renovation, not only because it was a dark, sad space but also because of the residents’ accessibility requirements.
However we did not want to erase the beauty of the past century, but to reconnect the weight of the dark wood and the existing past with a contemporary renovation. The project’s new lighting and use of white would add brightness to the hall, and the new coloured marble would enhance the flooring and the existing polished white marble.
