Hidden from the outside, previously industrial space is rediscovered within the neighborhood of Poble Sec in Barcelona.

 

A three-level concrete structure nestled in the neighborhood courtyard is currently undergoing a transformative renovation.

As patios are being opened, new stairs constructed, and the back wall cleared, the space's potential for hosting events, serving as an office, or even providing housing is being explored.

This endeavor embodies the vision of enhancing architectural qualities and maximizing the space's potential in close collaboration with the developer.
