CARLOTA CASANOVA: EVENTS DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT

Carlota Casanova is an Associate Professor of Business and Design at EU Business School.

 

This course is designed to introduce students to Events Organization from a theoretical and practical perspective. Emphasis is placed on recognizing the different roles in Event Management, understanding the triangle of Project Management and respecting the values and goals of the Event/Brand.

 

The course is designed to be flexible, by having one student organize a complete event or several students working in teams or acting as different stakeholders on a project.
