Recovery and valorization of the original house in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.

The original structure and elements are preserved to maintain the memory and atmosphere of the construction, reducing waste and minimizing the project's carbon footprint. Materials align with the island's traditional construction methods, using lime mortar, celosias, and timber furniture. 

The house enhances the city's natural conditions, allowing air to flow through patios and large openings. Terraces and intermediate spaces control natural light.​
