The proposal foresees a new industrial and logistics complex in line with contemporary urban design, located closer to the heart of Barcelona. The vertical density is greater than for traditional models, offering an upgrading system with which to configure the space according to the company’s current demand. In this system, logistics are door to door, which is why a vehicle ramp links all levels. At the same time, pedestrian flow is concentrated between blocks and lifted from the ground floor level where logistic activity is concentrated. On the first level, open common spaces and services are wrapped in green with privileged views over the surrounding urban landscape.
